Playing dominoes is so much fun. This game has been around for centuries and has been appreciated by generations and generations of kids and kids at heart. Who will forget spending their afternoons enjoying this game with brothers and sisters, cousins, parents or playmates? It is an absolute classic game we are all fond of. In fact, dominoes game is a component of every major community worldwide.
Based on history, the game of dominoes could have originated from China in the 12th century. However, you will also discover pieces of evidence that point its origin to Egypt and to the Mediterranean. The first appearance of dominoes was in Italy during the 18th century. It became immensely popular around Europe and the world.
As of today, there are several versions of dominoes.

It is easy to learn about this game once you learn what the different parts of the game are are. Most importantly, you have to determine how the pieces of domino work individually and altogether.
A domino is a small tile approximately 2 inch long, 1 inch wide, and 3/8 thick. Each of the tiles represents two dice. The tile is referred to as the âboneâ. The most popular dominoes set is the double-six.
Dominoes are named after the number of dots on each end. The lower number is generally listed first.
For example, a tile with 3 on one end and 6 on the other end is referred to as â3 - 6â. Those tiles with the same number on both ends are called âdoubleâ. So if you have a tile with numbers â5 - 5â, it is called âdouble-fiveâ. The heaviest value for a domino is double-six and the lightest is the double-blank.In the dominoes rules, tiles with similar number on ends belong to the same âsuitâ. There are 7 suits with 7 members each.
General Draw Dominoes Rules
The draw dominoes rules are easy to play. In fact, it is the most-widely known game. So, if you hear somebody inviting you to play, he is probably inviting you to play draw dominoes. The rules for this game are simple. The game starts by shuffling the domino tiles on the table. Place the tiles face-down and mix them with your hands.
If there are 2 players, each player must select 7 tiles. If there are 3 or 4 players, each should select 5 dominoes. Place the tiles in front of you where you can see them. But make sure you have them well hidden from your opponent. The player with the highest double starts the game.
The next player to the left must place a matching domino next to the first tile. If the first player started with a double-six, you should play the tile with a 6 on it. Otherwise, you have to draw from the boneyard (pile of unselected dominoes) until you get a playable tile. You must pass your turn if you are unable to find a matching piece. The player who runs out of dominoes first wins the round.

They don't have small, Medium is $ 5.00, Large is $ 8.00 and Xtra large is 10.00 (for pick up). But call your local Dominos, sometimes they run deals like $ 4.00 if pick up only one topping.
